CyanogenMod 13, using stock for images, videos and file browser.
Using SkyTube as YouTube replacement (from FDroid)
Naked Browser PRO as browser.
My mail service is Tutanota so I use their app for that.
Offline Calendar and Calendar Import-Export (both from FDroid) to sync my schedule without using shit like Google.
AdAway to remove ads (root only, from FDroid).
Telegram is the only messenger I use.
The only Google app I am still looking a replacement for is Maps.
I get my .apks either through a Telegram bot or on my computer with Raccoon which also allows to login with an account so you can buy apps with a throw away account.
