How do you convert html files to mp4?

Press F2 and type it with the mp4 extension. You might need to disable hiding the file extensions.

easy, assuming you run os x or foss unix or something

convert -density 72 input.html - | ffmpeg -i @- out.mp4

Any screen capturing program can do this.
