I'm trying to make a script with AutoWinKey so when I press Shift+CTRL+ALT on my IBM Model M, it "presses" the Windows key. I can't seem to get it to work.

I tried this, but it didn't work. I think I'm making a super n00b mistake, not sure.

You did mean Autohotkey right? I haven't tried that one either, was just a guess
Take a look at the help file, are there some keys like LCTRL/LSHIFT/LALT? ^ ! and + are just modifiers, I don't think they work on their own, maybe something like
^LShift::LWin

I haven't installed it right now
