Try using a 3G USB dongle:

Takes half an hour to recognize it and I have to install some shady bundled crapware to get it working

Connect it, it just works OOTB.

Try to play music from my phone (Android):

Tried Windows Media Player , I can see the audio files but can’t play them (funny fact, the MTP protocol used by Android is developed by Mirosoft)

Try to get good font rendering:

Thinker with Cleartype to get barely good looking fonts, no luck with metro shitware, fonts look like crap.

Try to use a printer (HP)

Windows updates takes hours to download the driver only to fail, I have to manually download the driver.

The printer is recognized automatically.
