Not sure if bait but...
you should get on a caloric deficit diet, trust me, you don't wanna be affected by lifestyle diseases when you're older.
>>55413214
Had one of these aeron's at my last job. They are super comfortable. I'd recommend it especially for a gentleman of your ampleness.
I always find it amusing all you guys telling OP to lose weight like he doesn't already know.
You ever see someone tell a fat person that they are fat and the guy goes, "Holy shit you're right! I had no idea!" LMAO
>>55413345
You don't need to work out to lose weight, just eat less. While working out has amazing health benefits, it's not an effective way to lose weight.

That's none of your business, fuckwit.
>>55413345
I usually work 80+ hours a week and still weigh less than you. 5'9, 180 lb. Don't make shitty excuses.
find a place that has the chairs in store
your girth makes it necessary I think
>>55413214
>>55413214
look at the chair requirements? i think C is for fat people
>spending $2k on a chair

Aerons are cheap as fuck my man
They're very durable, used ones are very accessible
>>55413345
>I can't help it, I work 60 hours a week, come home and fuck your mom, I don't have the energy afterwards to work out.>>
Herman Miller Aeron is definitely a decent chair.
If you have even the slightest signs of backpain, get a herman miller embody or a steelcase leap. These chairs are expensive but can prevent chronic back pain, which can permanently handicap you and cost you thousands in medical expenses + make your life miserable beyond what you ever imagined. This shit isn't a joke, I've seen it happen to overweight adults in their 40's.
On another note, I used to be 220lbs, dropped down to 150 in a couple years. The big thing is fighting food addiction, no need to work out to lose weight. The choice is ultimately yours, but you could look into getting a deskcycle to put under your desk, it's what helped me!
>>55413345
Really? At that weight, it sounds more like you come home and eat my mom.
Is 6'2" 210lbs bad?
>>55413214
Just get a fucking car seat and solder the rails to a heavy duty cart so your fat ass don't break it.
>>55415647
the cheapest used ones i see are for $700 (Canadian dollars)
i'm looking for a new chair, thinking of getting a used Steelcase Leap V1 for $200-$300
>>55415688
Depends on your build, anything from 160-190 is the normal weight range for your height

>you should get on a caloric deficit diet
Horrible advice. Starvation just leads to yo-yo dieting. Obesity is fixed through exercise because exercise reacquaints your body with its energy-driven appetite. You start naturally eating according to what you burn instead of eating out of boredom.
>>55419417
do you even know what caloric deficit diet means? exercise allows you to eat more, but you still have to be on a caloric deficit to lose weight.
>>55413214

I sit in one of those at work. I'm not a fan. It's comfortable but not cozy. At my last job I had a Humanscale Freedom with the headrest and gel seat. I liked that one much better. It's about $400 more expensive though. I'm 5'9" and 160lbs.
The back support, specifically the lumbar support on the Aeron is hard and difficult to adjust. The build feels cheap too.
>>55415699
Solder isn't that sturdy anon
>>55419919
I think he means weld.
