No you want a g sync monitor nvidia isn't compatible with free sync ATM or for the forseeable future get a Asus rog swift.

>Asus rog swift.
that thing is goddamn expensive, is it worth it just for gsync

Not JUST for Gsync but it's a breddy gud monitor otherwise too.

It seems there's not a huge amount of monitors that are 1440p 144hz and ALSO have gsync
Just get a freesync monitor. You can get a quality 1440p/144hz monitor for around $380-400 on sale. The extra cost of gsync is retarded, spend that money on other parts of your PC. I've used gsync and freesync and I wish AMD had some better offerings so I could go that way as freesync doesn't add any cost to the monitor, hence why you see every non-gsync monitor have freesync.I just decided to go with a freesync monitor and buy whatever GPU I want. Maybe I get a 1070, maybe I get a 480.
The major issue with gsync is the lack of inputs. Fuck that. I use my monitor for more than one device so I need at minimum two HDMI ports. The ROG Swift has one fucking display port, thats it.
