I've seen this on some corporate PCs. I always assume it has something to do with the 5000 tools that run on these PCs. Some antivirus, monitoring, remote access shit the admins install on these PCs...

dude like have you ever seen the shit that goes on in those cmd things like man you would not believe the other day this guy went up from behind me and he's like "hey man want to see some neat hacks" and i was like "yesh" (because i'm cool like that) and he instantly started typing in this thing like ipconfile or ipconfig whatever and he stole my ip and i was like "dude what's like wrong with you" and he said "lol got your ip" and i was like that's not cool man but that's how i learned that cmd was scary because he hacked me
