When you buy parts double check to make sure that they are compatible with each other. This is why pcpartpicker is a go to for beginners. Basically, you want the motherboard to fit the socket of your cpu, get whatever version of ram (ddr3/ddr4) is compatible with your mobo, if you have a video card make sure your power supply is strong enough to handle it, etc. It's really not all that hard once you know what to look for

Tanks alone no matter how great wouldn't have won them the war when most were being shot down like fish in a barrel by aircraft.
However I think the Germans would have been better off mass producing and forgoing the Tiger II using those resources to crank out more panthers.
