I already have a 40 hours / week IT job, but want to make some money on the side. Where can I go to make side projects for some extra money? I want something like:

A lot of people on that website advertise their services for like $5, then you go their page and it says that they really charge more and it's up for negotiation.
Either way, I'm probably better off making my own apps and monetizing them.
