Is there a good reason I shouldn't get pic related to replace

Is there a good reason I shouldn't get pic related to replace my current korean 2560x1440 IPS monitor which doesn't overclock ?

It seems to literally hit every right mark, including freesync in the same range as the Asus MG279Q.

Well, one of my friend will buy me my "to be replaced" monitor since he kind of looks for one.

I guess I'll see how it is in about a week at least.
