Deleted Truecrypt an encrypted file container

Hey Guys,
I accidentally delete (Shift+Del) my truecrypt volume. I just backup the raw image of drive but I dont know how to recover the truecrypt visual drive.
Any suggestion ? Thanks

if the file hasn't been overwritten *at all* use something like testdisk/photorec that has file signatures for truecrypt encrypted files
if it's a hidden volume and you didn't backup any of the headers then kiss that volume good bye
