>Desktop in unknown condition.
Can't check desktop without a display. I don't have anymore HDMI compatible displays.
I have a laptop with HDMI port. Can I show the display of my desktop on my laptop screen?

What about crossover either net cable? Is there anyway I can check in my desktop?

Additionally, I have an old spare dvi monitor. Problem: my ggc 960 doesn't have a dvi port. The dvi port on the motherboard wouldn't display to dvi.
I unplugged GPU and connected dvi to the slot on motherboard. It still wouldn't display. Recommendations?

The lights still come on. The fans spin. Problem is the GPU doesn't have a dvi slot. All I have now is a dvi monitor.
