Very easy with ffmpeg. To do that for every mp4 video in a directory on a Unix-like system (Including OS X of course)

mkdir out

for vid in *.mp4 ; do
    ffmpeg -i "$vid" -map_metadata -1 -map 0 -c copy "out/$vid"
done

Ignore them. Mac OS X is a superior operating system to Windows. It's a Unix system comprised largely of FOSS, it's far more functional and less locked-down than Windows.
