Evernote just turned their jew mode on but they are sorely mistaken if they think I'll be paying for a feature I've been using for free until now and was pretty much the only reason I started using it to begin with.
Anyone have any suggestions for a replacement?
I'm thinking of just moving everything to onenote but it's microsoft's shit so I'm a bit wary and I'd gladly take another alternative

Apple notes? There's a web version and a tablet/phone client, unfortunately iOS only.

Works fine for me, at least syncing quick notes between laptop and desktop. Wacom pen with Onenote is amazing.
I mesn the evernote plus package is only $20/year so its not a big dent in my wallet, but its the principle
