Is there any actually good PC Cleanup software?
I have had this computer for a few years now and its slowly starting to lose the spark it used to have. I have gone through and deleted/uninstalled everything I don't currently use, but I still have internal issues that I never had when it was new.
I want to go into this very carefully because the "pc cleanup" concept is obviously a huge minefield of trojans, adware, etc. I want to make sure I get something that can actually help me without royally fucking me over.

This is not a meme. Seriously, get a Linux distro.
dd if=/dev/zero
Cleans very well

It's windows. You have to reinstall it once a year or so. Registry cleaning is a minefield and probably more trouble than it's worth.

apt-get update
apt-get dist-upgrade

dpkg -C

The last 3 are optional and are likely not needed.
