Yeah, Virtualbox ext pack actually lets you utilize GPU passthrough while with VMWare needs VMWare horizon or some paid bullshit for the same feature. NVIDIA vGPU Grid works with VMWare only

I used to use VMware, switched to VirtualBox and considered it much better. Installing VMware tools is tedious (or impossible in newer versions, at least for features like auto resize), performance wasn't different enough for me to notice either
