Anyone know what the "Harassment Incerceptor App" Is on android?
I'm fairly certain my friends information is being intercepted and apps are taking strange unchangeable permissions.

Tried to wipe the phone. Persists through factory reset.
Cannot turn off permissions.
Weird countries/governments in accepted list of networks.
Playstore kept crashing when trying to dl stuff.
Managed to get Malwarebytes.
Running now.
