A 300W PSU is enough for that.
It's more than enough.
400W is enough for 99% of the builds I see in speccy threads.
350W is enough for 90% of the builds I see in speccy threads.

620w is overkill for that setup but if you plan on making substantial upgrades in the future get it.
Not like a gold Seasonic 650w is expensive anyway.
