Work Environment

I need to be able to position myself comfortably. I have what I guess one would call "modes" where my posture changes according to what I'm doing. Throughout my work I'll go from reclining, to leaning in, to tucking a leg under myself, to standing, etc. I need to be able to move around and do so comfortably. This prevents me from working in places like a coffee shop with uncomfortable seating and neighbors who get annoyed by fidgeting.

As an aside I think moving around during long work sessions is supposed to be healthier anyway.

Not really. Sometimes I enjoy it, sometimes I don't. It's not as consistent as something like physical comfort or time of day.

I literally bring my moka pot from home profiles so I don't have to deal with grinding shit at work.

Well, one thing doesn't exclude the other. I need music constantly, I don't know why, I can be even uncomfortable if I realize I didn't have music for a while.
