I like to use the Adwaita theme on GNU/Linux.
It's abavaible on Windows, but when I tried it, it looked bad, because it looked like it was upscaled, but I was probably doing something wrong.
I use token light cursors from a deviantart guy, they look nice

Ah, the GEM pointer.
The interrupt handler also wrote pictures of little bomb icons to the screen (number of icons = whichever exception happened, eg 2 bombs = bus error, 3 bombs = address error etc).

OpenZone cursors are nice. I use recoloured OpenZone Slim to match the colour scheme of my desktop.
