How do you know where a website is hosted if it uses cloudflare?

CloudFlare is an American company, if the FBI wanted to they could subpoena them and get the IP that way. However, if it's hosted in China they don't have jurisdiction over that.
And CloudFlare is a big, well respected company for a reason. They take security seriously.
