Node if you want a job, everyone is fucking using it now holy fuck. It's gonna become a clusterfuck of legacy code in a couple years because of how all the shit code that's being produced though.

node.js is the newest fad, and like Ruby on Rails it will die out soon. PHP has been around since the 90s, and it's still as popular as ever.
