Shame EVGA have been the biggest disaster of all when it comes to Pascal. They're rumoured to have only shipped ~100 non-FE cards worldwide so far, whereas others like MSI are now in stock everywhere. A ton of people changed their orders from EVGA to other brands over at OcUK.

No they aren't. The only 1070 I can see aren't msi and are at $70 over msrp. 1080 are the same with only a random founder version at founder price.
