This and also you can try getting a good second hand deal. I moved to the UK last week and I couldn't bring my PC, so I sold it for 550 (was willing to go as low as 500) and it had a 240gb crucial ssd, OC'd 4670k, gtx 770, 8 gigs ddr3, modular psu, mITX board with WiFi... So yeah try second hand but be aware of scampers and builds with shit parts.
