The EVGA is better but why would you get GTX960 that will be phased out this year. IDK about europe but the RX480 is released on 29 June. There are already preorder at other places but don't worry, even US didn't have it yet.

The fucking RX 480. It'll be $199 for the 4gb version. Same power limit as the 960. More performance.
