I'm throwing together a PC for my brother and I thought I'd ask /g/s opinion.

Buy a GPU later (RX480).
Invest more on a 850 EVO.
Change the seagate HDD for a WD Blue.
Change the PSU to a EVGA 650 GS or G1.
