This is false, especially the Windows argument. If you think ricing windows (and windows in general) is better documented than linux, then you've never used either. OSX is just as riceable than linux, and is usually less documented. The only advantage it has is aqua, which is probably the best DE, but ricers rarely ever stick with it and instead choose to use software written for linux. Whoever wrote that is in denial.
