Hello /g/.
What do you think about this article?

Did cell phones become popular when we realized we could use watch porn on them?
I love porn yet never watch it on my mobile. It's probably just a bait article to get advertising dollars.

an interesting premise, but porn without an adblocker is a futile struggle
>>55186865
porn with ads? huh?
>>55186865
>not having a rooted phone with systemwide adblocker + chrome/chromium/Firefox with ublock
>Did cell phones become popular when we realized we could use watch porn on them?
No. Such an idea is ridiculous.
This where they start with a theory then look for evidence to support it.
>>55186795
cell phones became popular because it's really fucking hard to talk to someone that's more than 100 feet away from you
which is where everyone should be from you.
you cereal rapist
>>55186795
no.
>>55186795
mobile phones got popular long before you could watch porn on them
Haha epic
mobile phones became popular because of drug dealers.
>>55188116
No.
I think smart phones proliferated when we realized we could watch videos on them. Porn is a subset of this.
>>55188161
No, smart phones were simply a slow evolution from old mobile phones.
>>55188138
yes
>>55188220
No. Do you seriously believe millions of people bought cell phones the size of two bricks stuck together the price of a small car to call their dealers

No you fuck stick. Drug dealers bought cell phones so they weren't tied to an address. It was also a sign of affluence which built their business.
Back in the analog days it was hard to locate cell phones beyond tower. They didn't have location services or GPS.

>not wanting to have ads blocked on mobile networks without having to VPN home or fucking with DNS
There's literally nothing wrong with blocking on endpoints and networking devices at the same time.
Seriously fuck this huge phone meme. Got a 5" phone and it's a total PITA to use. Will be getting an iPhone SE shortly.
