I'd opt for a 650w PSU because it's never good to stress it too much. I'd also go for the Asus Z170 Pro as it comes with better components and overall higher quality PCB. Other than that, this is fine.

Western Digital Caviar Blue is the general consensus at the moment. I'm reccomend you buy from amazon though. The first one I got was DOA and had to be returned for a replacement.
