Mines Sonarr. Shit works like a charm after setting it up. I always find my followed series in my Series folder. Renaming,moving,downloading all works perfectly and there are tons of configuration possibilities.

It may not be great, but are you sure Mylar doesn't work? I actually noticed it was downloading new TWD chapters for me without me realizing it. Unfortunately I don't follow many comics and it doesn't support manga so I have no real use for it.
