I don't know if this question should be written on /wsr but i'll try to write it here.
1: Is safe to navigate with tor? I heard things such as also if i don't search for CP, just for the facts that i'm connected to the tor network Pedos' connection could fuck mine. And i don't want nothing to do with that shit.
2: If it's true that is right to support tor why on the front page tor sponsorize the hidden wiki, that is full of illegal things?

Tor is useful for a great deal of things aside from illegal activities. However, remember that it is not a complete anonymity solution and that bad practices can still reveal you.
One good example of its use would be researching politically controversial topics. Maybe you don't want your google search history to be full of words that could get your connection flagged, but you want some in-depth information on a political subject. TOR can be helpful in that regard.
On top of that, people in countries with repressive governments can use TOR to escape censorship.
It's just a road. How it's used is up to the drivers.
