Is humanbenchmark.com a legitimate way to measure human response times? If so, is there any point in buying gayming monitors for their response times?
The average person seems to respond in about 250 ms according to the site, while the world's best takes 100. But even the slowest TV's are usually still below 80 ms.

Think about it.
You react 250ms after the monitor receives the signal and displays your shit. So with a gaming monitor you get 70ms less delay over using a TV.

Nothing to do with human response times.

>be OP
>have premature ejaculation
>buys TV instead of monitor
>lasts 70ms longer

Its even worse if you're like me and you route a monitor through a reciever. Add ping to the mix and I'm at best 400ms behind what is actually happening

Maybe you can last an entire second then, with 400ms added.
