If you really must though, Get the Xiaomi Piston III, but good luck finding one that isn't a knock off.
I personally have pic related and absolutely love them. Can't go wrong with metal housing, and honestly they're only like 10 bucks more than the Pistons and sound great for the price range.
Sony mdr earbuds. 50 bucks, sind amazing. You can probably get a pair for 20 bucks on amazon.
