Does /g/ have a personal website? If so, what do you use it for? As a blog? Public CV? Personal file host? Domain for a personal email?

Yeah, I picked up an xyz domain for $0.88 from namecheap. It's kind of a mix between a blog and a CV.
>>
Right now it just a personal tech blog that is pretty much empty.

Don't do a blog unless you really like writing.

These run on shared hosting:
I've got a five domains that I actually use. One is a generic personal website at firstnamelastname.com. I've got a blog (and forum too technically but its long dead) running on another. Another one is a site where people can read a novel I wrote for free.

These run on my dedicated server:
One is a novelty domain that I got because it's a cool one. I currently use it to host a website that displays pictures of my cat and various anime girls (it's a dot moe tld). Last site is a domain that's used to interact and interface with my seedbox/dedicated server. I have a lot of web apps for personal use and other programs that have web interfaces that all run behind an nginx reverse proxy on this domain.

4 domains, but no actual website (yet).

I'm toying around with a public SCOM dashboard. I know there are existing frameworks to do this, but I'm trying to keep it as simple as possible, because I don't need the full SCOM alert stream.

It'll end up being part of my CV / portfolio when it's done.
