the cooling solution itself though is called blower type cooling solution which is meant to blow the air directly out of the chassis through the pci shades instead of blowing it throughout your chassis which decreases the chance of overheating your whole system.

it's just that the r9 200 series came with a really cheap on which went far too loud.

it is acceptable though if you reapply better thermal compound in my experience atleast on the r9 290
