I want a PC gamer. Pls...

Recently, I decided to move to PC to play games. I do not know much yet.
I want to start with something basic. Do you recommend me this graphics card GTX750 TI "?
And they can make sure that nothing bad will happen if I have a 300W power supply? (As Nvidia guarantees on their official website)
I find it so amazing as it spends little energy this graphics card... Well, I not yet know much about this.

You recommend me that, with an intel core i3 550? (That processor is the one currently my PC) or some other processor?
