i went to a garage sale today and picked up a few things including some old telephone equipment. i been trying to research the models of these devices but it is nearly impossible to find any information on them.

the one in the black box is a mystery.. i can't even find any information on the company itself other than an expired trademark registration. any one know what the hell this thing is?

Its a test set. if its a handset its some linemans gear for testing connections. You can use it to listen to your neighbors phoneline if you are down to climb a telephone line.
