Can anyone pass an ABX test between 192kbps opus and lossless?

No, no documented and verified cases have been observed especially if the parameter
-compression_level 10
is used.

The best I've seen is a dude post his ABX results on hydrogenaudio between FLAC and 160Kbps Opus. He barely was able to prove which file was Opus (like 65% success rate) and he was using a pair of ATH-M50x headphones too.

Not always, depends on the encoder being used. Some have it set to 8 or 5 to make encoding audio faster to the user.
