It's just in the desktop I don't use it because hackintosh be hackintosh, far from being shit like years ago, but still gets on my nerves about power management and of course the stuttering.
For me Windows 10 is top notch in terms of performance, and then everything else is a pile of shit. You get a really dated, really featureless file manager, no proper browser by default, the worst font rendering and scaling to be offered, where linux is vastly better, it looks like shit by default and the worst thing about 10 is that it's painful to just change it. It's just painful. There's no question about it. Microsoft dislikes both design and people who design.

Basically it's fucking nothing, there's almost 0 reason to upgrade if you want to jailbreak it.
