I've been using Clover for years. I don't know why some people hate it.
Just installed Dashchan.
Clover's UI is better. Not sure what other options you're looking for that makes it better.

Does clover support browsing other chans and archives? Can it reverse search image search? Can it do the things in the OP? Last time I used it clover didn't have any of these features. Unless this changed I'm sticking to Dashchan until the 4chan api breaks or something.
