Is there a way to stream TV? Id like to watch some tv channels but i dont own a tv. i thought about a rasp but will it handle full hd? or maybe something with those botnet sticks

Yes Rasp can do 1080, or else why would it have HDMI? And look at Kodi + plugins

You'll need a SD card with the OS on it keyboard and mouse and wireless adapter or a ethernet cables but from then it should be plug and play
