Windows has only one desktop environment which doesn't look good and on windows 10 it's not even worth ricing.
However, I have yet to find a DE on Linux that I could consider good. Unity is barely customizable. Gnome and KDE are both slow. XFCE and MATE are both dated. The only way to experience a decent Cinnamon is by installing the trash that is Mint. Ain't nobody got time for openbox.
