No because the consoles are approaching the threshold where their graphics performance will cost so much that it would be dubious to buy one. Originally consoles were far cheaper than computers to game on but as each generation of consoles were made that gap was getting smaller and smaller. The future consoles (NX and Neo) have such bleeding edge tech they will cost too much for a casual gamer to use the excuse "it's cheaper" when they cost as much as a high end GPU.
