so my Western digital blue 1 tb died under warranty but me being an edgy autistic "hacker" kid decided to save random stuff on it that could possibly get me arrested I can hear the motor spin up is there anything I can do besides sending it in for warranty and possibly getting fucked?

They aren't going to spend the time, money, and effort to repair your drive and poke around in it. They'll disassemble it, throw the platters away, and reuse all the other parts. Don't worry about it.
