tabs vs spaces
Did you mean to post this in the list of most autistic arguments ever conceived by man, right next to mathematial ontology?

Tabs for indentation, spaces for alignment.
That, and with tabs you can always tell your editor how many spaces a tab should be worth. For example I like to code in Ruby with 2-space indentation, and my colleague likes to use 4. And we get to work on the exact same code.
Using spaces also takes up less disk-space, not that is particularly matters much these days.
Spaces.

Spaces
set tabs to equal 4 spaces

I always use tabs because it allows for less keystrokes. Once I am finished with the file, I run a script to replace each tab with 5 spaces. Spaces make it much easier to read, comment, and just manage the text in general.

Please reply with an argument. What is wrong with my method?
Tabs, because me space bar is broken
Tabs because spaces are a waste of space.
Why the fuck would you bloat your code files with 4 spaces instead of 1 tab?
>>54988286
yes
>>54989358
any editor that doesn't suck will allow to put in x spaces automatically when you press tab
>>54988286
