to find where the problem can lie, do a trace route to say, googles, 8.8.8.8. at each hop of the trace route run 100 pings see where you lose 2.
looks like you are on some kind of wireless provider? am i right?
Pinged the first 4 so far. no packet lost as of yet but every 5 or so the time spikes to an upwards of 800 ms
