Ok... Building my own pc and having troubles. Put all parts together and when powers on the debug led on my motherboard reads d7 which means (console output/input devices/console initialization and load option rom). Any help?

You have to reflow the solder. Put the motherboard in the microwave for exactly 20 seconds no more no less. This works like the Xbox towel trick.
