There's a couple of days that Youtube videos are loading, loading but I can't watch them? Anyone else got this problem? I'm pretty sure it's not my internet because all other sites are working just fine.

It could very well be your ISP: YouTube uses edge CDNs which are often colocated within ISP networks to save transit bandwidth (obviously a major concern for a huge streaming video site!).
ISPs, in turn, often fuck up the reverse proxying of that, or the DNS settings and lookups, or kill it inadvertently (or not) through shitty bandwidth management/traffic shaping (a lack of net neutrality thing).
First port of call, your ISP's recursive DNS resolver probably sucks ass. Try switching your DNS servers to Google Public DNS: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. See if that helps.
