No. Just don't.
Wait a few months (probably no more than month and a half) and get a custom non-reference version. You get:
>factory overclocks
>substantially improved cooling
Which means better performance. Going for the founders edition is stupid as fuck, don't do it.
Other than that, looks ok. Might wanna drop some cash into a SSD, but you skip it if you're on a budget.
